General Rules

At Las Vegas RP, we strive to create an immersive, respectful, and fun environment for everyone. Please ensure you follow the rules below to maintain the integrity of the roleplay experience. Failure to adhere to these rules can result in penalties such as warnings, kicks, or bans.

1. Respect Everyone

Treat all players with respect. No toxic behavior, harassment, or discrimination will be tolerated. We expect our community to be friendly and inclusive for all.

2. No Metagaming

Metagaming is using out-of-character (OOC) knowledge to gain an advantage in character (IC). For example, you cannot use information from voice chat or Discord to influence your in-game decisions.

3. No Powergaming

Powergaming is forcing actions on others without giving them the opportunity to react. Always make sure your roleplay is fair and that you give other players the chance to interact and respond.

4. Stay in Character (IC) at All Times

While on the server, you should always stay in character. If you need to communicate out of character (OOC), use the proper OOC channels, such as `/ooc` or the designated Discord channels.

5. No RDM (Random Deathmatch)

Do not kill players without a valid roleplay reason. Random killing is strictly prohibited. Always have a roleplay reason for any aggressive action you take.

6. No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch)

Running over or using vehicles to intentionally harm or kill other players without a roleplay reason is prohibited. Always engage in vehicle interactions with a clear and logical roleplay reasoning.

7. No Exploiting or Cheating

Exploiting game mechanics, using cheats, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Cheating will result in an immediate ban from the server.

8. Respect the Staff

Server staff members are here to maintain the community and ensure the rules are followed. Always be respectful to staff members and follow their instructions. Abuse or disrespect towards staff will not be tolerated.

9. No Spamming

Do not spam the chat, voice chat, or any other communication channels with repetitive messages, commands, or sound effects. Keep communication clear and relevant to the roleplay scenario.

10. Use Common Sense

If something feels wrong or unrealistic, don't do it. Always try to keep roleplay immersive and logical. We are all here to enjoy the experience, so use common sense and be considerate of others.

Roleplay Guidelines

In addition to the server rules, there are some guidelines to help ensure smooth and enjoyable roleplay:

• Be Creative: Use your imagination to create engaging and exciting roleplay scenarios.
• Think Before You Act: Consider the consequences of your actions and how they may affect others in the game.
• Collaborate with Others: Roleplaying is about working together. Don’t hesitate to interact with other players and develop storylines.
• Stay Informed: Always check the server's Discord and announcements for updates on new rules, events, and changes to the server.

How to Report a Rule Breaker

If you witness a rule breaker or someone violating the server’s policies, please report them using the following methods:

• Use the `/report` command in-game to report an incident.
• Contact a staff member directly via Discord or use the in-game report system.
• Provide as much information as possible, including screenshots, video evidence, or detailed descriptions of the incident.
